Initiate Request
Log into your Mamaearth account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific items you wish to return along with the reason for the request.
Quality Inspection
Upload clear images of the product, including the outer packaging and the invoice, to help our team verify the condition and authenticity of the claim.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Mamaearth wallet within 5-7 business days.
